Most coffee lovers want to know how do you flavor cofffee.  Well we use a very strong extract type of the flavor.  After roasting the beans and allowing the to cool to about 100 degrees we add the flavor.  With the beans still warm this allows the flavor to soak into the whole bean.  If we are to grind the coffee we have to wait for 24 hours.  That is why when someone orders their coffee ground it take a day long before we can ship.
